Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the determinants of teacher performance at the Al-Ishlah Foundation, namely: 1) work motivation, supervision of the principal and workplace conditions on teacher performance at the Al-Ishlah Pulokulon-Purwodadi Foundation. 2) a) Work motivation on teacher performance at the Al-Ishlah Pulokulon Foundation- Purwodadi, b) Principal supervision on teacher performance at the Al-Ishlah Pulokulon-Purwodadi Foundation, c) Workplace conditions on teacher performance at the Al-Ishlah Pulokulon Foundation- Purwodadi. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are known: 1) simultaneous work motivation, supervision of school principals and workplace conditions have support for teacher performance with a F test significance of less than 0.05 is 0,000; 2). a) there is significant support between work motivation and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.009 and tcount of 2.671; b) there is significant support between the supervision of the principal and the teacher's performance with a significance value of 0,000 and a tcount of 5.756; c) there is significant support between workplace conditions for teacher performance with a significance value of 0,000 and tcount of 2,197. The conclusions of this study are: 1) work motivation, supervision of school principals and workplace conditions together have support for the performance of teachers in learning at the Al-Ishlah Pulokulon Foundation with a significance level of α = 5%. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.771; 2). a) work motivation gives effective contribution of 21.08%; b) the supervision of the principal gives an effective contribution of 16.34%; c) workplace conditions made an effective contribution of 39.67%.
