Abstract

This study aims to determine the aggressive behavior of early childhood towards obedience in understanding school rules in Ibnu Rusdi Islamic Kindergarten. In addition, to manage aggressive behavior in early childhood in Ibnu Rusdi Islamic Kindergarten in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were all early childhood children in Ibnu Rusdi Islamic Kindergarten in the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 26 children. The validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique was an interactive analysis model by Huberman and Miles, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) Early childhood aggressive behavior towards obedience in understanding school rules in Ibnu Rusdi Islamic Kindergarten, Masaran District, Sragen Regency can be seen from the interaction of children with peers, children's obedience in understanding school rules, and children's behavior when in school. 2) To handle aggressive behavior in early childhood can be done by: giving gifts to children, giving punishments, giving advice, giving forgiveness, motivating children to understand good and bad things, giving praise when children behave well, do not let children behave well.
