Abstract

Several BUMN in Indonesia have carried out hedging activities to protect both operational and financial risks resulting from international trade. This study aims to provide information about the factors that can influence hedging decision making in BUMN companies. The research data is taken from the financial statements of BUMN companies listed on the IDX. The data analysis method used panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that only the leverage variable has an influence on hedging decision making. Meanwhile, the variables of liquidity, firm size and profitability have no influence on hedging decision making.
