Abstract
This study aims to see what critical factors are often experienced by housing developers in Karanganyar district. The research method used is quantitative research methods with a total of 30 respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used with the SPSS program. The results show the most critical risk factors and are also presented according to the ranking
