Abstract

In social life there will always be social problems that continue to develop in line with the times. One of the classic and ancient social problems is prostitution. In criminology, prostitution or prostitution is often referred to as a victimless crime, all parties play a role in the practice of prostitution. In Indonesia, there are many localizations operating in big cities, such as the localization of Sunan Kuning in Semarang, Sarkem in Yogyakarta, Mburi RRI in Surakarta and many others in other cities. However, several localizations such as Gang Dolly in Surabaya, Kali Jodo in Jakarta have been dissolved by the local government. This research is about discussing prostitution, especially in the Danarasa localization of Slarang Village, Kesugihan District, Cilacap Regency, from the causes, efforts to overcome it, to what things make it difficult to dissolve the location of the practice of prostitution (Lokalization). The author immediately went to the field in order to obtain valid data relating to prostitution. The data obtained were then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method.
