Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, capital structure, and firm size on firm value. profitability is prorated by the Return On Assets ratio, capital structure is pro- moted by the Debt to Equity Ratio and company size is pro- moted by Size. This type of research is quantitative data. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018 – 2020 period. The hypothesis testing of this study used secondary data with purposive sampling and companies that met the company criteria were 17. company. Secondary data uses data collection by means of documentation. The data analysis method used for this research is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that profitability had a significant effect on firm value, capital structure had a significant effect on firm value and firm size had no significant effect on firm value.
