Abstract

The stock price can be regarded as one of the main components of the company that is most important in determining whether the company is able to manage its business properly. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether there is an influence between the current ratio, return on assets. debt to equity ratio, net profit margin to stock prices in mining companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The population in this study were 188 mining companies, the data used were financial statements. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, so that 18 sample companies were obtained for four years of observation (2016-2019) with 72 units of analysis. However, in testing the data there are 6 data outliers, so the number of samples becomes 66. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the current ratio has an effect on stock prices, while the return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin have no effect.
