Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch 2) the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch, and 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Branch Surakarta, 4) the simultaneous influence of organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with a census design. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch as many as 50 employees. In this study using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate 1) there is an influence between organizational culture on the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch, 2) there is an influence between motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch, 3) there is the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Surakarta Branch, 4) there is a simultaneous influence between organizational culture, motivation, and work environment on employee performance.
