Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of communication skills and work motivation on teacher teaching satisfaction at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat through understanding online learning as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method of path analysis model (path analysis). The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted on teachers at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat by taking a population of all teachers at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat as many as 45 respondents and the sample of this study was 40 respondents. The results showed that communication skills and work motivation on teacher teaching satisfaction at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat through understanding online learning as an intervention had a significant effect. With the intervening variable, namely through understanding online learning, it can strengthen the communication ability variable, work motivation variable, and the last variable is teacher teaching satisfaction at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat
