Abstract
Earthquake load is a very important thing to consider in planning a building. In accordance with regulations SNI 1726 – 2019, so that the burden of earthquakes that occur can be held by the planned building structure, seismic-style are used with the double system method. The planned building design of 7 floors lecture building located in the Yogyakarta region. The structure of the building with the double system method uses a combination of the frame of the moment and the addition of shear wall. Earthquake load design used in analysis is a spectrum response method. From the result of the SAP 2000 v.20 software run analyze, obtained in mode 1 value Tc = 0.6229 seconds in the direction -Y and mode 2 value Tc = 0,5991 seconds in the direction -X. Value Ta = 0,935 seconds, so obtained the value Tc < Ta. The lateral force caused by earthquake load response spectrum in absorbed by the shear wall by 70,54% in the direction -X and 45,58% in the direction -Y. From the analysis of the calculation of the dimensions of the child beam 325/600, the parent beam 350/650, 400/700,column 720/720,750/750,780/780 and the sehar wall with thickness of 250 mm have met the requirement in SNI 2847 -2013.
