Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic had a major impact on all aspects experienced by all countries. One of the sectors that had an impact was education, where the learning process or school activities that were usually done face-to-face had to be done online following the existing rules. These changes causing pressure, one of which is the teacher. So far no one has researched strategies to deal with the pressure experienced by teachers. This study aims to describe strategies to deal with pressure on elementary school teachers during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative description method. This study uses semi-structured interviews. The number of respondents in this study were three people. The results of this study indicate the internal pressure experienced by the teacher such as feelings of anxiety. Meanwhile the pressure that comes from external such as students who submit assignments late and teachers are required to master technology. In overcoming pressure both internally and externally, the writer uses Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping
