Abstract

Many of the community which is still rare about transaction that is halal and haram. Include various types of new model transactions whose obscurity is still very thick, that make us especially the muslim community is becoming more doubtful. Like one of those contemporary deals is buying and selling horse sperm. This research aims to obtain data about the practice of horse mating services include prosedures. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The object in this research are Eclipse Stud Solo. This research show about practice of buying and selling horse sperm is transaction that are prohibited. Because that mating not use insemination technology (natural mating) and in the transaction there is a gharar which big. As for the impact of this research is we can know for sure the law of buying and selling horse sperm.
