Abstract
Occupancy is the occupancy rate of a condition to the extent that the number of rooms sold is compared to the total number of rooms that can be sold. A high room occupancy rate in a hotel or inn will be able to provide high profits and income for the hotel or inn. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the occupancy of the Sarangan sunrise inn during the Covid-19 pandemic based on a mix analysis before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with causal descriptive research design. This research was carried out at the Sunrise Sarangan Inn, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. The resource persons of this research are the owner, manager, and permanent employee. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used triangulation of sources and techniques. Based on the results of research regarding the continuity of the occupancy of the sunrise inn during covid-19, the sunrise inn continues to run even though it has undergone several changes including price reductions, giving stay vouchers, and more intensive advertising and promotion methods to attract the attention of guests to stay and return to stay for guests who already subscribed and also efforts to maintain the density of staying guests by conducting online promotion strategies, remarketing, marketing budget allocations, intensive giving and building customer loyalty.
