Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the application and law of professional zakat in the Depok City Government. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative approach, and the data used is divideie into two sources of data, namely prmery data and secondary data, peimary data is obtaibed by researhers from the research object’s website or from other documentwhile secondaryor from other written the research object’s website oe from other written documents while secondary data in research this was obtained directly by researchers in the field throught interviews with farmers. The results of the study show that the implementation of professional zakat in the Depok City Government is carried of those who have salaries, in collaboration with bank Jabar Banten And the National Amii zakat agency of depok city, the deducation is 2,5% of the deductions. Wages. Related to the legal review that they follow two opinions of scolars, there are those who. Follow the haul and nishab, civil servants who follow zakat with their haul will isuue it based on haul are issued when they are even twelvw months old.
