Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of information technological capabilities, ease, risks, service features, and credibility to customers' interest in using internet banking with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable. Used in this study population was the customers Bank BRI in Rembang. The data used in this research is primary data and data collection was performed using a questionnaire. The technique of the sample collection by way of a technique of purposive sampling. The total sample used as many as 100 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Moderated Regression Analysis to test the moderating variables. Research result indicate that the variable risks not effect the customers' interest in using internet banking. While variable information technological capabilities, ease, service features, and credibility effect the customers' interest in using internet banking. Research results also that the customer satisfaction proved not able to moderate the influence information technological capabilities, ease, service features, and credibility effect the customers interest in using internet banking. But the customer satisfaction able to moderated risks to customers' interest in using internet banking.
