Abstract

Having a job is a life phase that one will have to passed in their life to fulfill their necessity. Choosing a job has a process, the process is run from children to adolescent. Eventhough they are going through a long process, many adolescent still confused about their future job and what they want to be in the future and this is can effect their performance in workplace. This problem occurred because the job that they are doing right now is not fit with their interest, talent and potential and this is lead to failed planning their career. Because of that, children need a Surakarta Experience Theme Park: Kids Job World building that can introduce many jobs and job world to them. This building design is needed to help children find their interest, talent, and potential, so that they can success planning their career in the future. The building design based on literature and observation, this will be a base to plan and design Surakarta Experience Theme Park: Kids Job World that educative, recreative and child friendly.
