Abstract

Eco Living Mall is a commercial facility with the theme of Eco Living which means an effort to be committed to a better way of living by paying attention to and being responsible for the environment in order to create Ecologically Sustainable. Mall is a group of trade centers that are built and established in a location that is planned, developed, started and arranged into an operation unit, related to the location, size of the type of store, and the shopping area of the unit (Urban Land Institute, Shopping). Center Development Handbook). This Eco Living Mall is included in the Regional Shopping Centers class because it is in a strategic location, one unit with office and service areas, and adjacent to recreation areas. Has several functions of a community center plus sales of general goods and has more than one main department store and can accommodate 150,000 visitors. This design is to accommodate activities and economic development in the surrounding environment which is located in the Airportcity area of Yogyakarta International Airport, Kulon Progo by carrying out the Sustainable Architecture Mall concept approach and efforts to implement a new lifestyle in the New Normal era.
