Abstract

This study analyzes how the inheritance disseverance in polygamy marriages from the perspective of Islamic law.The aim of this research is 1) To find out how to apply the distribution of inheritance in polygamy marriages according to perspective of Islamic law. 2) To analyze the data. as for the type of research, which is used by the author is the type of library research.There are two kinds of data sources used by researchers: primary data sources used by the authors in this study is to conduct research based on data from journals and bibliography.secondary data sources obtained from scientific books, theses or previous relating to the disseverance distribution system in polygamy marriages.in this case the researcher analyzed the data using qualitative methods. the results of this study can be concluded that according to article 94 of the KHI 1) Property of a husband's marriage has more than one wife, each is separate and independent.2) The ownership of joint property from the marriage of a husband who has more than one wife as referred to in paragraph 1 is calculated at the time of the second, third or fourth marriage contract. After the separation of property, it is known how much disseverance is obtained.
