Abstract

Economic Growth shows the extent to which economic activity will generate additional income for the community in a certain period. Because basically economic activity is a process of using production factors to produce output, this process in turn will result in a flow of remuneration for production factors owned by the community. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression Test with Common Effect Method, Fixed Effect Method, and Random Effect Method. From the results of panel data regression and model testing, the best model was selected, namely the Fixed Effect Method. The result of this study indicate that: 1) the investment variable has a significant effect on economic growth. 2) Labor variable has a significant effect on economic growth. 3) Export variable has no significant effect on economic growth. Obtained an R-squared (R2) value of 0.998045%, meaning that 99.8045% of the economic growth variables can be explained by the independent variables of investment, Labor, and Export in the statistical model. While the remaining 0.1955% is explained by other variables that are not included in the model.
