Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, firm size, profitability, and leverage on firm value. Firm value is a financial indicator for companies that go public. High company value will identify high shareholders. This research was conducted in a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 period. The number of samples use in 435 companies. The sampling method use is purposive sampling which selects 114 companies with 24 outliers, so that the remaining 90 companies are members of the sample.
