Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on shopee customer satisfaction in Soloraya. To analyze the effect of shipping risk on shopee customer satisfaction in Soloraya. To analyze the effect of shopee return policy on shopee customer satisfaction in Soloraya. The population in this study are Shopee Application users in Soloraya. While the sample in this study were 350 respondents, while the sampling technique used by the researchers was non-probability sampling or random sampling. Based on the research results, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The delivery risk variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The return policy variable has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction.
