Abstract

This study aims to estimate the effect of balancing funds, SiLPA, other legitimate local revenues, and local revenue on capital expenditures for cities in Central Java in 2013-2020. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. Econometric analysis of panel data was used as a research tool. Based on the results of panel data regression, it was found that the balancing fund (DPER) and SiLPA had a positive effect on capital expenditure, while local revenue (PAD) and other legitimate regional income (LLPDYS) had no effect on city capital expenditure in Central Java in 2013-2020.
