Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of fiscal policy and monetary policy on economic growth in Indonesia in 1999-2019. The dependent variable used in this study is economic growth and the independent variables in this study are monetary policy and fiscal policy. Analysis of the data used to determine the effect of money supply, interest rates, taxes and foreign investment on economic growth in Indonesia for the period 1999-2019 by using multiple linear regression with regression analysis tool ECM (Error Correction Model). Based on the test in the short term, tax and jub have a significant effect, while interest rates and foreign investment are not significant. In the long term, interest rates and foreign investment have a significant effect on alpha, while tax and jub have no significant effect.
