Abstract
This study aims to estimate the effect of the Gender Development Index, Labor Force Participation Rate, Economic Growth, and District/City Minimum Wages on Human Quality as represented by the Human Development Index in Central Java in 2017-2020. Panel data regression analysis was used as a research tool. The results of this study indicate that economic growth and district/city minimum wages have a significant effect on human quality. Meanwhile, the gender development index and labor force participation rate have no effect on human quality.
