Abstract
Transit hotels are one of the temporary housing service facilities to realize the vision and mission that reflects Klaten Regency to become a city that creates the prosperous Klaten people who are godly, smart, independent and cultured. Located south of Klaten Station with a distance of 53 m from Klaten Hotel Transit. This hotel has a concept on the emphasis of Green Building with the theme of neo-vernacular, transit oriented development, COVID-19 pandemic response buildings, which have a 2-star hotel classification. Klaten Regency has good potential in cultural, natural and architectural heritage so it is very support in transit hotel planning. So that this hotel develops a commuter line function, one of PT KAI's programs at Klaten Station, to rest in transit at the hotel with facilities that support the needs of visitors on an ongoing basis.
