Abstract

ABSTRACT Home Visit is a learning method that is done by using how to visit the student's home, so the teacher visits the student's house to make a visit that is done in order to carry out teaching and learning activities that are usually done formally in school. Using home visit learning methods can help learning during this pandemic where schools are conducted by online, then with home visit learning methods learning can still be explained directly by the presence of home visits. This study aims to find out the application of home visit learning method by PLP PAI students of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in 2020 in Mayang Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo. The formulation of problems that want to be answered through this research is: how to apply home visit learning methods by PLP PAI students in Mayang Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo. This research uses field research conducted in Mayang Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo. Data collection techniques are used by interviewing, observation, and also documentation related to data and activities carried out by PLP students in Mayang Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo. This research is ex-Post Facto research because of the data obtained from events that have been taking place. The results of this study are: the application of home visit learning methods conducted by PLP students in Mayang Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo. in accordance with the steps of the existing stages, namely: 1) preparation. 2) implementation. 3) cover. 4) report generation.
