Abstract

This research study discusses online shopping behavior among the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The related variables are perceived usefulness, perceived benefits, trust, self-control, online shopping behavior and purchase intention. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a research method. The sample technique was taken from 254 Indonesian respondents, especially the Muslim millennial generation, through questionnaires distributed online and processed through the SPSS and AMOS applications. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness (X1), perceived benefits (X2) and self-control (X4) on online shopping behavior (Y) and purchase intention (Z) have a negative influence. And trust (X3) has a positive influence on purchase intention (Z) but has a negative influence on online shopping behavior (Y).
