Abstract

One form of expressing opinions is through demonstrations or also known as demonstrations. This demonstration was carried out because of public unrest that arose because of unfair treatment because the government did not implement order and justice that was evenly distributed to the community. And it was the students who became the main spearhead to convey all the concerns. Students are present as the spearhead of the community to voice the rights of the community so that the community becomes more prosperous and feels fair. In the implementation of the demonstration, of course there are parties who provide security, namely the police. The police who guard and secure the course of this demonstration often clash with students. And in security, the police have procedures and authority to act, but what happens in the field is that there are police officers who violate their authority and act outside their authority.
