Abstract
This study aims to describe: 1) The forms of online learning difficulties experienced by students at SDN Pucangan 03 Kartasura during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Guidance and counseling services carried out by teachers in overcoming students' online learning difficulties at SDN Pucangan 03 Kartasura during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Teacher barriers in overcoming students' online learning difficulties at SDN Pucangan 03 Kartasura during the Covid-19 pandemic. 4) Teacher solutions in overcoming students' online learning difficulties at SDN Pucangan 03 Kartasura during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive design. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, students in grades II and IV. Data collection techniques in this study are using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data used by researchers in this study are primary data and secondary data. The validity of this research data uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that: 1) The forms of learning difficulties in the online model of class II and IV students did not have the initiative to learn the online model themselves, it seemed that students only learned when asked to do and when there were assignments, students were not accustomed to carrying out online learning models, the scores were not in accordance with the target of learning the online model, has not been able to manage the time for learning the online model, students rarely evaluate the process of the results. 2) Class II and IV teachers in carrying out counseling guidance services to overcome student learning difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely basic services, specialization and planning, responsiveness and system support. 3) The obstacles for teachers in grades II and IV in overcoming students' online learning difficulties are caused by 2 factors, namely internal and external. 4) The solution for class II and IV teachers in overcoming students' online learning difficulties is by collaborating with parents to monitor when students are at home using cellphones, controlling play and learning time.
