Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of multi-service financing in accordance with the DSN MUI/VIII/2004 fatwa and to analyze multi-service financing at KSPPS BMT Rejo Suko Mulyo. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with BMT staff and one of its members who carry out multi-service financing. The results of this study indicate that the application of multi-service ijarah financing at KSPPS BMT Rejo Suko Mulyo is not in accordance with the provisions of the National Sharia Council Fatwa No. 44/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004 because in every multi-service financing there is an object that is held in collaboration with BMT, but in this BMT it is not concerned with the object but only fully disburses funds and the BMT does not fully examine what the funds are for. For the financing of Ijarah Multijasa KSPPS BMT Rejo Suko Mulyo, every time he carries out the financing, he has fulfilled the requirements, he always reads the contract containing the articles and makes it easier for members to pay in installments.
