Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work skills and motivation both individually and simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 30 employees. Data collection used total population sampling technique that takes all employees in the Kalijambe. This data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that skills affect employee performance and motivation also affect employee performance. This, it can be concluded that skills and motivation affect employee performance. The results of multiple regression states that the work skills variable and work motivation variable have a positive effect on employee performance in the Kalijambe. It states that the adjusted R square value shows a value of 0.644. This means that the tested model has a contribution of 64.4%. While the rest were not considered in this study.
