Abstract

The study of share purchase is part of mu'amalah which continues to develop its shape and model according to the times. The share purchase system is becoming increasingly diverse, such as retail and wholesale. Wholesale is a transaction carried out on a large scale by the seller to the buyer, while retail is a transaction in units to the buyer. This research is included in the type of qualitative research through field observations with a phenomenological approach. The research location is at the Sang Surya Baru Karangpandan clothing store. The subjects in this study were Mr. Sugiyanto as the shop owner, cashier and warehouse staff at Sang Surya Baru fashion Karangpandan Karanganyar. As for the data collection method, the author uses 3 methods of data collection, namely, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and deductive conclusion drawing. The results of this study are; 1) The clothing store provides wholesale and retail purchases. The difference between wholesale and retail, namely, the intention of retail is that consumers have the right to freely choose colors, designs and prices according to the wishes of consumers. 2) Wholesale and retail buying and selling at the Sang Surya Baru Fashion store is included in the sale and purchase that contains an element of khiyar conditions, because there is a guarantee if the goods sold have defects or are not as desired
