Abstract

This research is entitled "Online Buying and Selling With Dropshipping System According to the Perspective of Islamic Law (Case Study on Online Buying and Selling Account @Kaka_Hijab.Id)". This research is rooted in the problem of buying and selling online with a dropshipping system at the online shop @kaka_hijab.id which at first glance is almost like buying and selling gharar. Sellers or dropshippers sell goods only in the form of images on social media. The purpose of this study is to find out how the practice of buying and selling at @kaka_hijab.id and how Islam views dropshipping buying and selling as it is practiced at @kaka_hijab.id. This type of research is a descriptive-qualitative field research. The data that the authors collect is from the results of direct interviews with related parties and from other secondary data. As for the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipping system at @kaka_hijab.id, a dropshipper becomes a representative of the supplier. Namely, a dropshipper asks the supplier for permission to sell goods or products owned by the supplier. If permission has been given, the dropshipper gets the right to sell goods or products that are owned in the supplier's shop. While the supplier here plays the role of the main owner of the goods or products sold by the dropshipper. As for Islam, buying and selling that is practiced at @kaka_hijab.id is permissible and not haram. Because a dropshipper sells goods or products that are already owned by the supplier, not goods or products that are not owned. Even on the other hand, if you look at the practice, it places a dropshipper as a seller's representative from the supplier.
