Abstract
This study discusses how the Work Environment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction affect Turnover Intention at PT. Regarsport Industri Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work environment, job stress, and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. Regarsport Industri Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents using probability sampling technique. Respondents from this study are employees of PT. Indonesian Industrial Regarsport. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the SEM model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study are the work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.
