Abstract

Abstarct This research explains about the agreement to share the results of rice fields in Karangasri Village, Ngawi Subdistrict. The main problem in this study is about: How is the system of agreement for the distribution of rice fields in karangasri village, Ngawi sub-district? And how is the cost of the rice field implementation agreement in Karangasri Village, Ngawi sub-district? The purpose of this research is to examine the system of agricultural revenue sharing agreements from the management of rice fields conducted by farmers and to know the costing in the agreement of management of farmland between farmers and rice fields. This type of research uses field research. The approach used is qualitative approach that is descriptive. Data collection method is using observation, interview and documentation. The results of the cooperation research conducted by the community of Karangasri Village Ngawi District Ngawi Regency is the use of rice fields maro and mertelu namely with the application of the practice of muzara'ah and mukhabarah. The cooperation of revenue sharing that occurred in Karangasri village is based on verbal agreement on the basis of trust without sanctions and no timeframe is set. In accordance with the previous agreement the owner of the rice field and the rice paddies will get the same share. But if there is absolutely no result or can not be sufficient for the needs that have been issued then from both parties equally cover the costs that exist.
