Abstract
The aim to be achieved by holding this research is to determine the effect of the variables of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on productivity at the Boyolali Regency Regional Finance Agency office with the population in this study being all employees of the Boyolali Regency Regional Finance Office, while the research sample is 60 respondents with a sampling technique that is a questionnaire. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded: 1. Leadership style has a significant and positive effect on productivity, because the t-count value is 2.586 with p value (0.012) <0.05, meaning H1 is accepted. This indicates that the leadership style has a significant effect on productivity. 2. Motivation has a significant and positive effect on productivity, because the t-value of 3.027 is obtained with p value (0.004) <0.05, which means that H1 is accepted. This indicates that motivation has a significant effect on productivity. 3. Organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on productivity, because the t-count value is 2.067 with p-value (0.043) <0.05, meaning H1 is accepted. This indicates that organizational culture has a significant effect on productivity.
