Abstract

The object of this research is inflation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of exchange rates, interest rates, and investment on inflation in Indonesia. The data used is time series data from 1999-2019 published by Bank Indonesia, the Central Bank for Statistics, and the World Bank. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method approach. Based on this research, it is concluded that the interest rate (BI Rate) has a significant effect on inflation in Indonesia, while the exchange rate and investment have no significant effect on inflation in Indonesia.
