Abstract
Recently in Indonesia, many new bread brands have emerged and have become a new trend with various variants. This causes competition between the bread industry for that it is necessary to measure the company's performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of Supply chain management, find out which indicators have the lowest scores and require improvement and provide improvements to the indicators that have the lowest scores at Daichi Pan Bakery. This research is descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The methods used are Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). There are 19 Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The result of the final performance value at Daichi Pan Bakery is 74.9562. This figure is included in the good performance indicators. KPI has the lowest score is the lead time period of the finished product and product replacement.
