Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of customers on customer loyalty with consumer interaction as a mediating variable. This study used 101 samples of Larissa Skincare consumer users in Surakarta by using quantitative research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling methods and data is conducted through online questionnaires. Based on the results of data processing using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) application, it is found that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer interaction. The influence variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer interaction variables has a positive and significant effect mediate between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
