Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction in Armey Floristry. The population and sample in this study are people who come and have made purchases at Armey Floristry and the number of respondents as the sample in this study were 100 respondents. The data source used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
