Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS), Human Development Index (IPM), Inflation and Investment funds on Economic Growth in Indonesia in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data which is accessed through the distribution of ZIS funds from BAZNAS (National Amil Zakat Agency), Human Development Index (Central Statistics Agency), BI Inflation (Central Statistics Agency), and Investment (Investment Coordinating Agency) during 2015-2019 which includes time series data in Indonesia. Technical analysis used in this study is simple linear regression which aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis model. All data will be processed using Eviews9 software and using 20 quarterly data or for a period of 5 years. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or simultaneously the variables of Zakat Infak Alms (ZIS), Human Development Index (IPM), Inflation and Investment have an effect on Economic Growth in Indonesia. Partially, it shows that the variables of Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS) and Investment have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
