Abstract

This study analyzes the Effect of Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates and the Money Supply on Economic Growth in Indonesia for the period 1990 to 2019. And the type of data used in this study is secondary data in time series (time series) 1990-2019. consisting of data on Indonesia's Economic Growth, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates and Money Supply sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the World Bank. The quantitative analysis method used is the Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) and the analytical tool used is E-views 9. Based on the results of the F test the model is classified as existing. The results of the t-test of the Rupiah exchange rate, inflation and money supply have a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, while the interest rate variable has no significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the determinant coefficient test (R²) show that the R-Squared value is 0.999367 or 99.93%, which means that the variation of the variable Economic Growth in Indonesia can be explained by the variation of the independent variable in this study which consists of the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation. , Interest Rate and Money Supply. While the remaining 0.07% is explained by variations of other independent variables outside the estimated model.
