Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Capital Structure, Profitability, and Dividend Policy on Firm Value in Food And Beverage Companies on the IDX. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this study is the Food and Beverage sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019. The sample in this study amounted to 15 companies. The sample selection technique in this research is using purposive sampling where the sample is determined based on certain criteria. Eviews 10 software is used in research as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Capital Structure (DTA) and Dividend Policy (DPR) are not partially significant to firm value; 2) Profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Based on the research results, the coefficient of determination of the independent variables in this study which consists of debt to total assets, return on equity, and dividend payout ratio provides almost all the information needed to predict the dependent variable, namely firm value.
