Abstract

This study aims to describe the content of moral message, and the use of Ahmad Muhibbin's songs as a learning media for PPKn. This research method uses a qualitative approach with content analysis design in the form of symbols, classifies the data by criteria, and makes predictions using certain analytical techniques. Qualitative research is used to understand in depth the meaning or moral message contained in the song lyrics. The data collection technique in this research is by documenting a lyric taken from personal recordings via the Youtube channel. The results of this study describe the message, the background for the emergence of the lyrics, ideals, and reality of the song based on the findings of moral message indicators, namely: 1) Moral awareness, 2) Knowledge of values and morals, 3) Perspective determination, 4) Moral thinking, 5) Decision making, and 6) Personal knowledge, then grouped based on song lyrics according to these indicators. This study using songs as the main theme in making learning media in the form of posters, Twibbons and videos.
