Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial compensation, work kemamouan, and work facilities on the performance of the Boyolali District Financial Board employees. This research is a quantitative type with a sample of 60 respondents to the employees of the Boyolali Regional Financial Agency using the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used was the research instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a significant effect on employee performance, and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance.
