Abstract

the purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company ownership structure, company size and company age to company financial perfomance. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the BEI period 2016-2018. Sampel of research is 58 companies determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis was done by logistic regression. The result of this study show that company ownership structure and company size have no effect on company financial performance, while company age has significant effect on company financial performance.
