Abstract

Background: Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a new type of corona virus that causes a disease known as Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19). The SARS-CoV-2 virus can infect humans, including pregnant women with low immunity. The recommendations issued by WHO specifically regarding SARS-CoV-2 infection in relation to the management of labor in partuary patients with SARS-CoV-2 are still limited. Purpose: Determine the choice of treatment for delivery in patients in partu with SARS-CoV-2. Method: This research is a literature review. Literature review data was collected by browsing journal publications on the pubmed database, science direct, and Google Scholar. Search for journal publications with the keywords pregnancy management and SARS-CoV-2. Results: There were 409 journals that were found and then executed according to restriction criteria, 11 journals were reviewed. Conclusion : There is no difference in the selection of a better method of delivery between vaginal delivery and cesarean section in inpartum patients with SARS-CoV-2.
