Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, profitability, and investment decisions on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2019. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 164 companies. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. With SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership and investment decisions have no effect on firm value. Meanwhile, profitability has an effect on firm value in the opposite direction, which is negative.
