Abstract

This study aimed to test whether a variable Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Mudharaba, Murabaha, and Musharaka have an effect on the profitability of Islamic banks in Indonesia with the research object, namely Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia using secondary data based on monthly time series in the period 2016-2020. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the PAM model approach (Partial Adjustment Model). The results of this study indicate that DPK has a positive and significant effect on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, NPF has a negative and significant effect on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks, Mudharaba, Murabaha and Musharaka have no influence on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks. Meanwhile, the DPK, NPF, Mudharaba, Murabaha, and Musyaraka jointly affect the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks.
