Abstract

The need for hospital institutions for accounting information systems is needed in order to improve the quality of health services for the community. This study aims to determine and analyze user involvement in system development, training and education programs, top management support, and system development formalization that affect on the performance of accounting information systems. The population in this study were employees who recorded hospital financial accounting turnover. Sampling using convenience sampling technique in order to get a sample of 52 respondents. Before testing the hypothesis, the classical assumption is tested. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression test, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The results showed that user involvement in system development, training and education programs, top management support, and system development formalization had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems.
